We are cautiously optimistic that we will still be able to host the 45th annual Essex Day Festival scheduled for Saturday, September 19, 2020.
With that said, the Essex Day Festival Board of Directors must adhere to government guidelines and safety precautions related to COVID-19.

COVID-19: In the event that the Festival is canceled due to government enacted COVID-19 safety precautions, you will receive a full refund.
The New Essex Day Festival Association, Inc. is dedicated to the success of this event and we are working to make your entire experience with us fun and profitable.
Please complete the application and return before August 14, 2020 with payment. You have two options:

OR – Mail a check or money order with your application.

Please note: Any applications received after August 14 are subject to a $20 late fee, pending availability. The committee MUST approve your application, and just because you put in an application DOES NOT mean you’re approved to be a vendor at Essex Day. You will receive an email denoting your status within approximately 15 days after we receive your application.
